THIS IS CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. DO NOT IGNORE THIS WARNING.
DO NOT SIGN RECEIVING TRUCER DOCUMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE CAREFULLY INSPECTED ALL FREIGHT UPON DELIVERY.   PLEASE INSPECT BOX, IT IS YOUR RIGHT TO OPEN IT AND INSPECT CONTENTS WHILE TRUCKER IS ON SITE.

  • - Delivery agent may or may not call to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • - Driver will offload your item to the curb at the end of your driveway.
  • - It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to drivers departure.
  • - If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. Or you may refuse the delivery after opening it and finding damage.
  • - Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
  • - It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with un-packaging. If you request any extra of the trucker services we will bill you this fee.
  • - Refused shipments that are not damaged will be charged freight both ways, and a 20% restocking fee.

 

HAVE THE CARRIER/TRUCKER DOCUMENT IN WRITING A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ANY DAMAGES ON BOX OR BOARD BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING,  TAKE PICTURES OF ANY DAMAGE AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.

 IF YOU SIGN OR THE PERSON RECEIVING THE PRODUCT SIGNS FOR THE  BOARD or BOAT AND TAKES THE DAMAGED FREIGHT AND DRIVER LEAVES OR YOU DRIVE AWAY WITH IT,  BahiaSUP or WATERSPORTS WEST INC. IS NOT LIABLE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE IT.

We guarantee satisfaction and accept returns or exchanges!

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered from Watersports West is right for you. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size. Your choice. We will return/refund the full amount you paid less the shipping & 15% restocking fee. Some exceptions and additions (fees from e-bay, paypal & others) apply.

Since we will be reselling what you returned, the product needs to be new and with the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back. Pack it with LOVE like we do.

Warranty:

We keep you on the water. We give free loaners for warranty items. No internet retailer can do this. Ability to inspect and ride the equipment before you buy.

SUP Warranty limitations and exceptions

WE WILL NOT WARRANTY THE FOLLOWING:

  • - Product without proof of purchase
  • - Damaged caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
  • - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact (on any surface including water)
  • - Damage from neglect or improper use
  • - Insufficient care and maintenance
  • - Damage caused by outdoor storage, baking,freezing, excess uv, soaked in wet bag environment
  • - Cosmetic issues from excess sun exposure.
  • - Normal wear and tear.
  • - Any boards that have been modified
  • - Damage caused by excessive temperature
  • - Damage caused by natural causes or "Acts of God" such as hurricanes and floods.
  • - Damage caused by improper storage, handling and transporting
  • - Crushing damage due to over tightened rack straps, ratchet straps, wire reinforced locking straps
  • - Baking in wet board bags
  • - Storage in wet environment


Disclaimers: Riders Creed:

  • - All riders must wear a board leash for maximum safety
  • - We recommend purchasing a padded board bag for best board life 
  • - Alway share your paddling plan with friends and family for safety purposes
  • - Situation awareness  of wind, waves, tides, traffic and obstacles on the water is key to your safety on the water


Guarantee

  • - 100 day warranty for boards to be free of manufacturer defects 
  • - valid only for boards stored indoors
 
Items not covered under Bahia SUP warranty
  • - Holes and cracks from any impact or misuse are not covered,
  • - Boards damaged in water
  • - Boards damaged by car racks or rack straps
  • - Boards stored in heat
 
 Warranty Claims
  • - Any claim for warranty must in writing
  • - Any request for RMA must be in writing and include photos
  • - Any return of product must be prepaid and include a RMA ( return merchandise authorization) Or it will be refused
  • - Please call or write to discuss any of these issues or it will be refused
  • - We recommend purchasing a padded board bag for best board life 
  • - Sun degradation from outdoor storge is not covered
  • - Holes from dragging boards not covered
  • - We repair boards at a very reasonable rate and sell repair products, 
  • - proper transport and storage is the key to longer board life
